Communication platforms

If you are or were part of AIESEC you definately know something about AIESEC.net... I guess the most common thing about it is that it's unstable and very limited. Well that's not that bad, as it sure helps the people in the organization share files, ideas, opinions, in search for the same old positive impact.
Now, my dear friend Matt has developed a brand new platform for the AIESEC network. It's called, very suggestive, AIESEC Platforms and it is supposed to facilitate the communication among AIESECers worldwide. It is obviously free, so I consider you should take a look and join up with the others, for a better, more efficient and much more fun communication among us. ;)
Congrats Matt and good luck with it!

E doar un forum draga ... :)
AIESEC.net se innoieste la anul. Se trece pe alt provider (TCS) si se schimba si platforma software.

Cu drak,
Z.

I have to be on Zeno's part right now...Even if aiesec.net of today is not that hot, I'm sure that the new platform which is going to be lunched during IC 2007 will satisfy your needs better than this one...

So why going on other channel if we've already have one for everybody?

It's not like I don't suggest that AIESEC.net is a good platform. I just think that efficiency is very important. I'm also not saying that AIESEC.net should not be used. I'm 100% sure that it will be always the 1st choice when it comes to AIESEC communication. Still, I consider aiesecplatforms.com to be a good idea. I'm supporting it because I believe in alternative... :)

Hey guys, the biggest challenge with aiesec.net is the ease of use. I'm sure you've all showed aiesec.net to new members and have them get this confused look on their face :) I came from a huge AIESEC country and was always frustrated that there was so little lack of communication across the country and aiesec.net didn't seem to encourage it much. AIESEC Mexico runs their own boards similar to this one off of aiesec.net so I thought it could probably work on a global scale and the results would be much better.

Anyways, I do hope that the IS planning does pay off and that a powerful and easy to use system is put in place. I think it could do amazing things for AIESEC to help grow.
